Silver Valley USD has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Account Act "CUPCCAA" as the purchasing model for all Public Work projects, per Public Contract Code Section 22000. Accordingly, and pursuant to the provisions of Public Contract Code section 22034 and the criteria promulgated by the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission, contractors interested in bidding on District public works projects with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less are required to complete and submit the Informal Bidding Questionnaire in order to be placed on the District’s Informal Bidding Contractors List
